Child Safety Standards
Last updated: 19 September 2026
SnehSe is operated by ABHIMEX WORLD PRIVATE LIMITED, Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh, India. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind. These are our published standards.
1. SnehSe is for adults only
- Everyone who uses SnehSe — users and listeners — must be 18 or older.
- You confirm your age when you set up your account, and accounts that give an age under 18 cannot be created.
- Listeners are reviewed and approved by our team before they can take conversations.
- If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we close it.
2. What is prohibited
On SnehSe it is prohibited to:
- share, request or create any sexual content involving a minor,
- groom, solicit or sexually exploit a minor, or attempt to,
- use SnehSe to contact, locate or arrange to meet a minor,
- share any content that sexualises minors, in any form.
Sharing phone numbers, social-media handles and other contact details in chat is blocked automatically, which makes it harder to move a conversation somewhere we cannot protect it.
3. How to report
- In the app — tap Report on any profile or conversation. Reports about children are prioritised and reviewed by a person.
- SOS — use the SOS button in the app if you believe someone is in immediate danger. It alerts our team straight away.
- By email — write to snehsesupport@gmail.com, with "Child safety" in the subject line.
If a child is in immediate danger, contact the police on 112 first. You can also report online at the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal, cybercrime.gov.in, or call the Childline helpline on 1098.
4. What we do
When we find or are told about content or behaviour that breaks these standards, we:
- remove the content and permanently ban the accounts involved,
- preserve the evidence,
- report it to the relevant authorities in India, including law enforcement and the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal, as the law requires — including under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012,
- cooperate fully with any investigation.
5. Our child safety contact
