How coins are spent
- Each listener has a rate in coins for voice calls, video calls and chat, shown before a conversation starts.
- Calls are charged per minute, and chat per 4 messages, from your coin balance.
- A conversation ends automatically when your balance runs out, so you are never charged more than you have.
- Coins are for use on SnehSe only. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
Paying
- Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments: UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets.
- SnehSe never receives or stores your card, UPI or bank details.
- Coins are delivered to your wallet in the app as soon as the payment is confirmed. Nothing is shipped.
