Shipping & Delivery Policy

SnehSe is a digital service. Nothing is shipped to you: everything you buy on SnehSe is delivered inside the SnehSe app. This policy explains what is delivered and when. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions. SnehSe is operated by ABHIMEX WORLD PRIVATE LIMITED.

1. What we deliver

• Coins, bought in packs in the app's wallet. The packs and their prices are listed on our Pricing page and in the app before you pay.
• Conversations with listeners — chat, voice calls and video calls — paid for with coins.

There are no physical products, so there is no delivery address, no shipping charge and no courier.

2. When coins are delivered

• Coins are added to the wallet of the account that bought them as soon as our payment partner, Cashfree, confirms the payment. Usually this takes a few seconds.
• Some payments, most often UPI, are confirmed by the bank a little later. The app shows the payment as Processing, and the coins are added automatically as soon as it is confirmed — usually within minutes. Please do not pay again.
• Every purchase is listed in Wallet → Payments with its status and Order ID.

3. When a conversation is delivered

A chat or call starts as soon as the listener accepts it, and takes place live in the app. The rate is shown before it starts, and you are charged only for the time that actually passed. The details are in our Payment Policy.

4. If your coins have not arrived

If money has left your account but the coins are not in your wallet, email support@snehse.in with the mobile number on your account and the Order ID from Wallet → Payments, or the payment reference from your bank. We check with Cashfree and either add the coins or, if the payment did not go through, it is returned to your account as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Where we deliver

SnehSe is offered in India, to people aged 18 or older. Prices are in Indian rupees (INR).
