• Account details: your mobile number, display name, and anything you add to your profile.
• Usage: conversations, call metadata (who, when, how long), and how you use the app.
• Payments: transaction records. Card and bank details are handled by our payment provider and are never stored on Snehse servers.
• Listener verification: identity documents, held encrypted and access-controlled.

What we do not collect

We do not record the audio or video of your calls.

How we use it

To operate the service, match you with listeners, process payments, keep the platform safe, and meet legal obligations.

Who can see your data

• Listeners see only what your privacy settings allow. In anonymous mode they never see your real name, photo or age.
• Administrators can access account and transaction records. Access to identity documents and reported conversations is permission-controlled and individually logged.
• Your journal entries are private. Administrators cannot read them.

Your rights

You can export or delete your account at any time from Settings. Financial records are retained where the law requires it.
