Why we verify

Verification protects users from impersonation and lets us pay listeners correctly and lawfully.

What we ask for

• Identity proof (Aadhaar)
• PAN card
• A live selfie
• Bank account details for payouts

How your documents are handled

Documents are stored in private, access-controlled storage. We keep only the last four digits of your Aadhaar and a masked PAN - never the full numbers. Every time an administrator opens one of your documents, it is recorded in an audit log.

Timeline

Verification is usually reviewed within 48 hours. If something is unclear we will ask you to resubmit, with a reason.

Verification badges

Bronze, Silver and Gold reflect verification and performance. The Certified Psychologist badge is granted only after professional qualification documents have been verified.
