Content Moderation Policy
How moderation works
Automated screening helps surface content that may breach our guidelines. It assists human moderators; it does not replace them. We do not permanently remove accounts on an automated decision alone.
What we act on
Harassment, hate speech, sexual content, threats, fraud and spam.
What we do not treat as a violation
Expressing sadness, loneliness or distress is not a breach. If our systems detect that someone may be at risk of self-harm, the aim is to offer support, not to penalise.
Reviewing conversations
Private conversations are not browsed. Content is reviewed only when it is reported or flagged, access is permission-controlled, and every access is recorded in an audit log.
Appeals
If you believe a decision was wrong, contact support and a different reviewer will look at it.
