Listener Agreement

Your role

You provide supportive conversation. You are an independent contractor, not an employee of Snehse.

What you must not do

• Present yourself as a doctor, therapist or counsellor unless verified and badged.
• Give medical, legal or financial advice.
• Share personal contact details or take conversations off the platform.
• Ask a user for money, an OTP, or card or bank details.

Verification

You must complete identity verification and provide a verified bank account before you can earn. Documents are handled confidentially and access is logged.

Earnings and payouts

You earn a share of each paid conversation, calculated by our servers from the actual duration, less the platform commission shown in your app. Payouts are made to your verified bank account, subject to the minimum threshold.

Ending the agreement

Either side may end this agreement at any time. Earnings already accrued remain payable.
